Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 26 January 2024 1. Introduction This Bookings Policy governs scheduling and managing appointments for Centreline Collective’s services, including but not limited to online workshops, classes, prerecorded programs, and in-person sessions. 2. Booking Scheduling Clients can schedule bookings up to one week in advance. Bookings cannot be made less than 24 hours before the desired appointment time. 3. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their booking without penalty if the cancellation is made at least three days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund. before 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of slots and may be limited due to high demand. 5. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior cancellation or rescheduling notice will be considered a ‘no-show’. ‘No-shows’ may be subject to a penalty or restriction on future bookings at Centreline Collective’s discretion. 6. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late for a scheduled in-person session may have their session shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients. Late arrivals beyond a certain time limit (e.g., 15 minutes) may be considered ‘no-shows’. 7. Payment and Refunds Payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds for cancellations or rescheduling are governed by the terms outlined above. 8. Modifications to Policy Centreline Collective reserves the right to modify this Bookings Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
