Pre-Order Terms:
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.
- Order Placement: This is a pre-order, meaning your saddle pad will be ordered from Equitex once we reach 50 confirmed orders.
- Order Deadline: Pre-orders will close on 12 March 2025 or once we reach 50 orders, whichever comes first.
- Shipping & Delivery: Once the shipment is placed, estimated delivery times will be communicated. Please allow additional time for customs clearance and local dispatch.
- Refunds & Cancellations: As this is a custom order, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the shipment is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe.
